From the specially trained staff to the serene decor our special care unit was designed to treat and provide special care to seniors who are suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and Dementia. Staff member are trained to value easch resident and recognize their different needs. We understand that getting to know each resident and their individual personalities are key to creating situations in which they feels safe, secure, and engaged.
- Daily Meals/Snacks- Meals are a family affair in the Memory Lane Alzheimer’s unit. Residents and staff gater around the dining room table for each meal.
- Security- We offer secured doors and WanderGuard monitoring to prevent wandering residents. An enclosed courtyard is available for outside activities and allow for patients to have the feeling of the outdoors while still having the security that they need.
- Activities- Fun-filled activites ranging from board games, puzzles and assisted arts and crafts!
