Our Sunset Ridge Apartments caters to those independent seniors who are able to care for themselves but don’t want to have to worry about the mainteance a home can take or for those seniors that are planning ahead in life.
As a member of our Suset Ridge Community you must have the ability to:
- Respond to emergencies in an appropriate manner.
- Be able to move about the apartment to fulfill pernal needs and activities without assistance, including but not limited to maneuvering up and down stairs.
- Maintain personal appearance and hygiene in an acceptable manner
- Personally maintain your apartment in an acceptable manner.
Rent includes:
- 2-Bedroom apartment with porch & patio/covered parking
- All appliances including washer/dryer
- Water, trash, sewer & maintenance
- Activities
Rent does NOT inclued:
- Electric, cable, phone or internet
Meals, transportation to medical appointments, houskeeping and laundry services are available for an additional fee.
